Crate Washing Machine KWM 350/500 – DSW

The KWM 350/500 crate washing machine has a capacity ranging from 350 up to 500 European standard crates per hour.

Both machines feature separate washing zones: a main wash zone and an additional rinse zone. The main wash is performed with water at a maximum of 45 °C (113 °F), which can be supplemented with a cleaning agent. The water is heated by 18 kW heating elements and controlled via a thermostat. In the rinse zone, the crates are rinsed with hot water at a minimum of 85 °C (185 °F) and disinfected.

The incoming water temperature should be at least 45 °C (113 °F). The rinse water is continuously replaced with fresh water. The machine is equipped with a removable filter for cleaning the rinse water. Maintenance and cleaning of the dishwasher are made easy thanks to the removable lid, which also includes an inspection opening.
