Lagafors “Extended Warranty” Terms – 5 Years

  • A written service agreement must be signed with Lagafors, or its designated distributor, for the extended warranty to apply. A minimum of one service visit per year is required.
  • Valid from the shipping date from Lagafors, Sweden, and for the number of years indicated on the stamp on the data sheet or specified in the inquiry.
  • The extended warranty must be mutually agreed upon by Lagafors and the customer in order to take effect.

Includes

  1. Defects in design, materials, or manufacturing
  2. Replacement parts and shipping to customer location
  3. Shipping costs for returning defective parts

Does not include

  1. Wear parts
  2. Labor and travel costs for replacing defective parts
  3. Failures due to incorrect handling of equipment or use outside of specification

Upon request from Lagafors, the defective part must be returned to Lagafors for further investigation.
