Lagafors “Extended Warranty” Terms – 10 Years

  • A written service agreement must be signed with Lagafors or its designated distributor for the extended warranty to apply. At least one service visit per year is required.
  • Valid from the date of dispatch from Lagafors, Sweden, and for the number of years specified on the stamp on the data sheet or as stated in the quotation.
  • Lagafors and the customer must agree upon the extended warranty requirement for it to take effect.

Includes

  1. Defects in design, materials, or manufacturing
  2. Replacement parts and shipping to customer site
  3. Shipping costs for returning defective parts

Does Not Include

  1. Wear parts
  2. Labor and travel costs for replacing defective parts
  3. Failures due to improper handling of the equipment or use beyond specification

At Lagafors’ request, defective parts must be returned to Lagafors for further inspection.
